Revised Seed Business Licence
1. According to the decision of the National Seed-related Committee meeting held on 11 April, 2018, aiming for systematic seed business development, the National Seed-related Committee has seed business license application procedure in accordance with Seed Law section 16, sub-section (a), in the following way, that parties who want to do seed business (production, import, export, distribution, storage) must apply for a Seed Business License by license period, license fee and extension fees for the respective groups of crops mentioned below.

3. The National Seed-related Committee shall allowed to apply Seed and Nursery Shop in state and region after causing the prescribed fee to be paid the relevant agriculture Director Office of state and region.
