1. Plants (one year)

(a) Diameter
၂နှစ်သားနှင့်နောက်ပိုင်းနှစ်များတွင်အပင်မှာမြင့်လွန်းသွားခြင်းကြောင့်အမြင့်မှတ်တမ်းမယူတော့ဘဲပင်စည်လုံးပတ်သာ မှတ်တမ်းယူပါသည်။မြေပြင်မှ (သို့) အဖူး ဆက်သည့်နေရာမှ၁၅၀စင်တီမီတာအမြင့်တွင်ပင်စည်၌ဆေးရစ်ပြီး Measuring tape ဖြင့်တိုင်းပါမည်။ဇွန်နှင့်ဒီဇင်ဘာလများ၌တစ်နှစ် (၂) ကြိမ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်။
3. Tapping plant
(a) Diameter - မြေပြင်မှ (သို့) အဖူးဆက်သည့်နေရာမှ၁၅၀စင်တီ မီတာအမြင့်တွင်ပင်စည်၌ဆေးရစ်ပြီး Measuring tape ဖြင့်တိုင်းပါမည်။ ဇွန်နှင့်ဒီဇင်ဘာလများ၌တစ်နှစ် (၂) ကြိမ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်။
(b) Yield - တစ်ပင်ချင်းစီ၏ အစေးခံခွက်အလေးချိန် (g) ကို Digital balance ဖြင့်ကြိုတင်ချိန်ပြီး မှတ်တမ်း ယူမည်။ အစေးခံခွက်နှင့်အစေးရည်အလေးချိန် (g) ကိုချိန်ပြီးအစေးခံ ခွက်အလေးချိန် (g) ကိုနုတ်ပါက အစေးရည်အလေးချိန် (g/ tree/ tap) ကိုရမည်။အစေးရည်ကို၂% Formic acid ဖြင့်သမအောင်ရောမွှေပြီး ခဲကာညသိပ်ရေဖြင့် အက်ဆစ်ကုန်သည်ထိဆေးကြောပြီး smooth roller ဖြင့်ရော်ဘာပြားအထူ၂-၃မီလီမီတာ ခန့်ရအောင်ကြိတ်ပါမည်။ ပြီးနောက် groove roller ဖြင့် (၁) ကြိမ်ကြိတ်ပါမည်။ အရိပ်တွင် (၁) လ လေသလပ်ပြီးအစေးပြား အခြောက်အလေးချိန်ကိုချိန်ပါမည်။ g/ tree/ tap ဖြင့်ဖော်ပြပါမည်။
